Forty members enjoyed the Spring Lunch at Norton House. The setting is lovely and the meal, as always, was excellent. It is a great event to meet old and new friends and have a leisurely chat.

This year was even better with the invitation to Delyth Jenkins to play her harp. She gave us us some beautiful renditions of Welsh traditional tunes and her own evocative compositions. It was also an opportunity to thank Jacqui Phipps for reviving and maintaining our website.

The next lunch will be on Thursday 26th November when we will again gather at Norton House for our Christmas lunch. Put a note in your diaries to book a place when the forms will be available in our October 2026 newsletter and at our meeting on Wednesday 28th October in the Sketty Community Centre.
